PETRONAS Energy Canada Ltd. (PETRONAS Canada) is pleased to share that it has demonstrably strengthened its sustainability performance under Equitable Origin’s EO100™ Standard for Responsible Energy Development following the completion of its first verification assessment.
Since achieving the EO100™ certification in 2023, PETRONAS Canada has remained steadfast in its efforts to enhance its overall sustainability performance, using the learnings from that process to drive noticeable improvements in practices across all five of Equitable Origin’s principles.

PETRONAS Canada has had its natural gas certified under the EO100™ Standard since December 2023, marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to responsible energy development.
